We provide investment management, consulting and M&A services not only to our own family office investments but also to select third-party clients. All of our previous engagements have come about solely from referrals. While we are not actively pursuing new engagements, we are always open to consideration of them and will engage for the right companies.
PROJECTS
In his career, Joe Tippens has worked on venture investment fund management, private equity fund management and his own entrepreneurial startups Sport Stadianet and Commodity Capital Group. His endeavors have taken him to privatizations in Poland post-communism, ocean front development in Croatia and Real Estate in the Dach region of Europe. Industries covered range from data science to medical diagnostics to industrial coating technologies to financial technologies to sports infrastructure and securitizations.
The Story
Born in the late 50's, the baby of six siblings to incredible parents who ranched and farmed in Western Oklahoma, Joe Tippens' habits were formed from a "up at 5:00a.m. let's get it done" work environment. Steeped in Agriculture and Education, he and his brothers were taught goal setting, self-sufficiency and living and loving with integrity. But most importantly, he had the chance to experience great outcomes connected to positive thinking, drive, team work, prayer and laughter.
After getting a degree in Agriculture Economics and Accounting from Oklahoma State University, Joe's career stops ranged from a practicing CPA to founding/running a Sports Marketing company to an active New York Venture Capitalist and Chairman of a Financial Technology company. These experiences culminated into Joe's appointment as Co-CEO for a hedge fund/private equity fund where he helped family owned businesses achieve maximum exit values as well as representing firms in Europe related to US Capital Markets cross-border transactions.
As a stage four cancer survivor, Joe makes the most out of his life and is happy to celebrate successes with family, colleagues, friends, his prayer posse and the beautiful individuals which guided him through a most difficult time.
